Digital Downloads All digital products (STL, GLB, USDZ, PDF, and other file formats) are delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. No physical shipment is involved for digital items. Downloads are available immediately or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.

Free Physical Accessory Every digital purchase includes a complimentary physical accessory, shipped automatically at no additional cost. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and delivery within the United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your accessory has been dispatched.

Shipping Carrier & Method Physical accessories are shipped via standard mail. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping for physical accessories is not available at this time.

Processing Times Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your physical accessory arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of your order, please contact us at [your contact email] and we will make it right.

No Shipping Charges There are no shipping fees associated with any order. Digital products are delivered electronically, and physical accessories ship free with every digital purchase.
